The 2027 Rivian R1T Performance Dual Motor Max Pack, expected in Fall 2026, refines Rivian’s performance-focused dual-motor pickup with more power, longer range, and smarter safety tech. The upgraded 160 kWh Max Pack battery boosts range to 410 miles, while horsepower climbs to ~700 hp and torque to ~850 lb-ft, shaving acceleration to 2.8 seconds 0–60 mph. Utility improves with a 12,000 lbs towing capacity, 1,850 lbs payload, and new bidirectional charging, allowing the truck to power tools, campsites, or even another EV. Inside, Rivian adds a 17-inch infotainment touchscreen, a 14-speaker 1,000W audio system, and massage front seats. Safety is enhanced with AI-driven Predictive Collision Avoidance and a new Adaptive Hazard Anticipation system.
