The British automobile manufacturer Lotus Cars produced the Lotus Evija is a limited production electric sports car. It is the first electric vehicle to be introduced and manufactured by the company, unveiled in July 2019. Its production will be limited to 130 units, and maybe the production is set to begin in early to mid-2021.
The Lotus Evija is powered by a 70 kWh lithium-ion battery pack developed with Williams Advanced Engineering. The four individual motors are placed at the wheels, and each is rated at 368 kW for a combined total output of 1,472 and 1,700 N of torque power.
The Lotus Evija is a masterpiece with pure beauty, elegance, and simplicity, curved by the air it flows through. This car is different; it's equipped with technology designed to make charging the battery almost as quickly as getting a fill-up at the gas pump. The car takes just 12 minutes for an 80 percent charge, and a full charge takes 18 minutes. This Lotus hypercar can travel up to 250 miles between charges. The Lotus Evija is available in Atomic Red, Silver, Solaris Yellow, and Carbon Black.
