The Kia EV6 is the company's first step toward a full-scale electric attack. The EV6 GT is equipped with a 77.4-kWh battery pack that covers up to 499 km range on a single charge.

KIA EV6 comes in three variants Wind, GT-Line, and GT. After discontinuing the Light model in 2023, Kia now offers the EV6 in three standard configurations: Wind, GT, and GT-Line. The Wind RWD and GT-Line RWD both have 225 horsepower motors, while the Wind AWD and GT-Line AWD both have dual motors that deliver 320 horsepower. Automatic climate control, wireless phone charging, a 12.3-inch touch screen in the center, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, and driver aids, including blind spot monitoring, forward collision warning, and rear cross-traffic alert, are all included as standard features. Faux leather seats, a Meridian sound system, and a motorized liftgate are further highlights of the Wind. The GT-Line has features like rear park distance warning, power sunroof, auto-pop exterior handles, and—most significantly—The highway KIA Drive-Assist 2 suite, which enables partially autonomous driving.

The Wind now debuts as the entry point to the EV6 range. It is available in RWD and AWD variants.
