The Ford Motor Company announced it will soon offer a new electric SUV model Ford Explorer EV. The Explorer will join the E-Transit electric van, the Mustang Mach-E electric crossover, and the recently revealed F-150 Lightning pickup truck in Ford's growing electric lineup. According to Ford, a new electric Ford Explorer will likely be launched for the 2024 model year. This is confirmed to happen near the end of 2023. The electric motor of the Ford Explorer SUV for 457 PS and torque power is 825 Nm and up to 402 km up to electric driving range. The battery type is 13.1 kWh Lithium-ion.
Terrain Management System, Standard Intelligent All-Wheel Drive, and seven Drive Modes provide efficiency, ideal balance of comfort, and capability in all driving conditions. The Ford Explore EV will be available in different colors like; Atlas Blue, Star White, Rapid Red, Iconic Silver, Infinite Blue, Stone Gray, and Agate Black.
