New Austrian carmaker Deus has unveiled an all-electric hypercar at the New York Motor Show that looks set to become one of the most powerful cars on sale. It has the world’s most powerful electric hypercar. The two gates are named after Vienna, the capital of Austria. The new Deus Vayanne produces a maximum output power of 2,220 hp and a torque of over 2000 Nm. With 12 cm ground clearance and usable storage space, speeds of 0-100 kmph are achieved in less than 1.99 seconds, and top speeds of more than 248 mph. Deus Vayanne has installed up to 160kWh battery pack. The range of the hypercar is about 300 miles on a single charge. The battery is fully charged at 350KW in around 20 minutes. The battery pack behind the rear seats, Deus uses 21700 cylindrical lithium-ion cells, because they’re the best balance between performance and cost. The curb weight of the car is 1,810kg.
