Ford revealed another special edition of the GT supercar. The 2023 Ford GT MK IV comes with a unique body, suspension, and powertrain. Compared to the last special track version of this GT generation, the Mk II, the Mk IV features a unique body with a longer wheelbase and longer tail, all in the service of improved aerodynamics. It also has different fenders, hood, and front bumper. It ditches the full headlights of the other GT models and large radiator intakes on each side. The GT Mk IV also gets a beefier twin-turbo V6. It has a larger displacement (which Ford doesn't share) and will make more than 800 horsepower. It should be at least 100 more than the GT Mk II. It has a race transmission (assuming a six-speed arrangement, but Ford doesn't say), and a redesigned exterior to be more aerodynamic. It will be launched in late spring 2023.
