TVS Jupiter 125 SmartXonnect Variant has been launched in India. The new TVS Jupiter 125 SmartXonnect variant is available in two colour options – Matte Copper Bronze and Elegant Red. Similar to the Ntorq 125, the Jupiter 125 SmartXonnect comes with Bluetooth connectivity, offering features such as call and text notifications, voice-assisted functions, turn-by-turn navigation, over-speeding alerts, and more. TVS has given the SmartXonnect variant hazard lights and a follow-me-home headlamp function.
Powertrain:
In terms of mechanicals, the new vehicle remains unchanged. Powering the Jupiter 125 is the same a 124.8cc single-cylinder, two-valve, air-cooled engine that is paired with TVS' intelligent (auto start/stop) and ETFi (fuel-injection) technology. Mated to a CVT transmission, the engine belts out 8bhp at 6,500rpm and 10.5Nm of peak torque at 4,500rpm.
