The 2027 Rivian R1T Performance Dual Motor Large Pack, expected in Fall 2026, enhances Rivian’s mid-tier performance pickup with more power, longer range, and smarter safety systems. The upgraded 120 kWh Large Pack battery extends range to 370 miles, while horsepower rises to ~630 hp and torque to ~740 lb-ft, cutting the 0–60 mph sprint to 3.3 seconds.
Utility improves with a towing capacity of ~11,500 lbs, a payload boost to ~1,800 lbs, and new bidirectional charging, enabling the truck to power tools, campsites, or even another EV. Inside, Rivian adds a 17-inch infotainment touchscreen, a 14-speaker 1,000W audio system, and massage front seats for added comfort. Safety is strengthened with AI-driven Predictive Collision Avoidance and a new Adaptive Hazard Anticipation system.
