Keeway TX450R Rally-Inspired Adventure Bike Unveiled, Gets Colour TFT Screen and Pirelli RallyCross MT21 tyres. Keeway, the QJ Motor-owned Hungarian brand, recently revealed its new rally-inspired adventure bike. Called the TX450R, it is due to go on sale in the international market, although it remains unclear whether this motorcycle will arrive in the Indian market.
Mechanical:
Coming to its mechanicals, the new Keeway bike comes powered by a 449cc, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, single-cylinder engine that cranks out 44bhp at 8,000rpm and 38Nm of peak torque. The fuel is fed to the engine via three separate tanks that offer a combined capacity of 28 litres. A 6-speed gearbox is in charge of the transmission transmitting power to the rear wheel.
Hardware:
This liquid-cooled engine comes nestled within a double-cradle cast-aluminium frame, suspended with the help of fully adjustable Fast Race inverted forks at the front and a linkage-equipped mono-shock at the rear. Speaking of which, the motorcycle offers a wheel travel of 280mm. To suit the character of the adventure bike, the TX450R comes with 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels with Pirelli RallyCross MT21 tyres.
