The 2027 BMW i4 eDrive40 Gran Coupe is an upgraded version of BMW’s all-electric luxury sport sedan, offering improved range, faster charging capability, and refined electric performance. The updated model features a more efficient rear-mounted electric motor producing approximately 350 horsepower and 330 lb-ft of torque, delivering smooth acceleration and dynamic rear-wheel-drive handling.
The upgraded battery system improves real-world usability with an estimated range of 325–335 miles, while faster DC charging allows the battery to recharge from 10% to 80% in about 28 minutes. Enhanced thermal management improves long-distance efficiency and charging consistency.
