Orxa Mantis Electric Motorcycle Launched in India at Rs 3.60 Lakh; Claims 221 Km Range. The brand-new Orxa Mantis has been launched in India at Rs 3.60 lakh (ex-showroom). Reservations for the e-bike have commenced, and its deliveries will start early next year in a phase-wise manner.
Design:
The new Orxa Mantis sports an angular design with split seats, a short rear section, and a contoured tank. Other external features include alloy wheels, LED lighting, a distinctive DRL, and a twin headlight configuration. It is also available in two colours: Jungle Grey and Urban Black.
Features:
The electric motorcycle has a 5.0-inch TFT instrument cluster with an Orxa operating system based on Linux, Bluetooth connectivity, all LED lighting, a Mantis app with navigation, and other features. In addition, Orxa will include a variety of other accessories, the costs of which have not yet been disclosed, such as a top box, side panniers, and top rack.

The bike comes equipped with a liquid-cooled motor with 27.4bhp and 93Nm. It has a stated maximum speed of 135km/and picks its speed from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.9 seconds. The EV has an estimated 221 kilometres of claimed range under IDC (Indian Driving Conditions) and is outfitted with a non-removable 8.9kWh IP67-rated battery. Regarding charging, the bicycle is supplied with a standard 1.3kW charger that takes 5 hours to charge a battery from 0% to 80% entirely. There is also a 3.3kW charger like the 'Blitz', which only takes 2 hours and 30 minutes and comes with an additional cost.
