Vinfast is Vietnam's first automaker-produced Vinfast VF 8 Eco, a compact and mid-size crossover SUV released in 2022. It is also known as a VF e35. Vinfast Company plans to sell US-specific models, VF 8 Eco (VF e35) and VF 9 (VF E36), to give tough competition to General Motors and Tesla. The 8 unveiled will be an SUV/crossover model with stunning performance and a stylish design. One of the essential features of the Vinfast VF 8 Eco is providing an easy, carefree, and superior experience. They were designed by the extraordinary Italian firm Pininfarina; the VF 8 Eco Eco has a chic look and a comfortable car.

VinFast VF 8 Eco cars with a wheelbase of 2,950 mm and an overall length are 4,750 mm, overall width is 1,900 mm, and overall height is 1,660 mm, which is more significant compared to BMW X3 and Mercedes-Benz GLC. The VF 8 Eco comes with a customizable 15.4-inch infotainment screen and a panoramic sunroof; the interior of the VF 8 Eco resembles a Tesla with some minor tweaks. 

The intelligence and advance features in the VF 8 Eco are divided into seven groups; scene collision warning, parking assistance, driver monitoring, speed control, driver assistance, lane control, and mitigation.

For advanced options, Vinfast will include fourteen cameras with the ability to detect objects and lidars for high performance that are up to 687 meters away; nineteen 360-degree sensors will be a warning and detect handling at speeds above 62 MPH.

The VF 8 Eco has two electric motor options; a single motor with 150 KW and 236 lb-ft of traction and a twin motor with 300 KW capacity and 368 lb-ft tractions. Since the battery is the most expensive part of the car, Vinfast will take responsibility for life during its expectancy and the battery quality; offer the customers a battery exchange once the batteries receive a charging below 70%; the battery in the VF 8 Eco can run for 260 miles on a full charge.
