The BYD Company produced The BYD e3, an electric vehicle for the compact sedan version in 2022. Its designer is Learn Lee. BYD announced to launch of an upcoming model of E3 2024 in 2023. It will come in two battery options; a 47.3 kWh model with a range of up to 405 km (252 miles). AC regular charging takes 1.6 hours with the 47.3 kWh battery pack and 1.5 hours with the 38 kWh battery pack, while DC fast charging from 30 to 80% can be done in 30 minutes, with acceleration from 0 to 50 km/h (31 mph) takes 3.9 seconds.
The electric motor is used in BYD e3 70-100 kW permanent magnet motor/generators. Its top speed is 101 km/h. It is available in Red, White, Blue, and Grey colors, a 186-mile range, an 8-inch touch screen, 2 Speakers, a Steel wheel, A black front grille, and Fabric seats.
